Loving my tub!!! Just got the tub and it is beautiful. We have used for about a week now. The water warms up quick and the jets are powerful. The peformance of the tub is quite surprising compared to the price. We had to make a call to tech support when getting it going but they fixed up in about 10 minutes (air-lock). Never really wrote a review before and hope this was helpful for someone. 06/10/2011
Great spa Only one negative, make sure you have some way to unload an 800 lb spa from a 4 ft off the ground truck, trucking company will not unload for you. 09/07/2011
