Very happy with the tub. Arrived in the time frame that it was supposed to and the care team helped answer a few questions I had concerning the tub. Everyone involved as been very nice and helpful. I have never owned one of these before and there were several things that I concerns with. I even called the factory with a couple of questions and they were very friendly and helpful. Being prepared has made this process alot easier. The tub runs great and we use it several times a week. I would recommend this to anyone. 09/08/2011
