Constructed of solid wood in your choice of a dark ebony or warm cottage oak finish, this desk and hutch offer generous storage. The left side of the desk has a small upper drawer and a lower CPU cabinet with a wire management opening for cords. The right side offers two small drawers and a lower file drawer, and the front of the center drawer drops down to reveal a pullout keyboard tray. The spacious desktop allows you to work with ease and can accommodate a desktop or laptop computer. Rated 3 out of 5 by Pluto3000 If your looking for easy set up look on. When this desk came I was really excited. It looked to be made out of really nice material. Not cheap stuff like most of the press board junk you can get now. And after putting together the two base pieces I was still pretty excited. However the Hutch on top was a totally different story. Its still made out of nice stuff but it is a major pain in the but to put together. I worked at a furniture store for years, my job was to assemble and deliver furniture, so when I say it was a pain it certainly was. On several different occasions the pre-drilled holes weren't even in the right places. My other major complaint is that the drawer for the keyboard is super stiff and didn't line up as nicely as it looks in the picture, again this is a factory issue. If this had been a 300 or 400 dollar desk I would have chalked it up to just being a cheap desk. This desk cost around 750 and I have to say for the money I am disappointed. 10/26/2012
