Rated 5 out of 5 Best Cheddar Ever!
I love cheese, but because I'm getting older and wider (yes, wider, not wiser), I limit my intake. So, when I eat cheese, I want to really enjoy it and not waste the calories and fat on something mediocre. I don't even remember why I chose this cheese over others in the display case--it must have been fate. Now, this is the first and only choice of everyone in my house, including the 12 and 14 year olds. And the only ingredients are pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, and enzymes. That's it. The flavor is slightly sharp, smooth, full, and substantial tasting. The only problem is the aftertaste is so good, it's hard to stop eating it!

This is the tastiest we have found. It just can't be beat, Kudos to Walmart.

I bought this cheese because I was trying to find one I could eat in the evening for a heathly snack. I have tried several and found good cheese but nothing like this. Walmart was out of this brand once and I bought another brand Vermont chedder at Walmart. It was OK but this is much better. Slice as thin as you can and eat on townhouse crackers. Great!!
