No this  chair does not tilt . It is as very straight back small chair ..

It is standard, but it will be a tight fit, I'd recommend the executive levels for more comfort

I purchased this chair for use in my office and I am happy with the appearance and cost of the chair.  It could be a little more comfortable as it is a little hard but other than that it is great.

Chair is a little smaller than I expected but frankly I didnt look at the measurements. Easy to put together.

I would say this chair is average.  The price was good. The seat is a little firm for my liking and I wish it would adjust to a higher level, but that is what my circumstances need. This may not bother anyone else

the chair is fine except for not being able to relax back while you're sitting on it...i'll need to go to a store and find the right kind

I thought it would be great to order this chair at walmart online but felt unhappy with the height of the chair. one more thing is that chair seat is so hard and you seat long on it. Not recommended. Totally very bad experience on this product.
