Rated 2 out of 5 by caldwellTexas pool set up The instructions recomend 2 or 3 people to help in seting it up and I found it to be true. If there is wind, that will make it hard to keep in place. After a few days of use, I noticed that the wall came out from the bottom track. The design of the track will not hold the wall from slipping out. That caused the liner to bulge out from under the track. At that point, the only way to get the liner back in is to drain the whole pool. 06/01/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by James2010 Warning I bought this pool the other day, it took 6 people to put it up in 10 hours, and after that was done with we started to fill it with water. well after about 3 hours of filling the pool the whole sides caved in and then the liner streached so when we tried to reassemble it the liner was way to big and did not work. THIS POOL IS NOT WORH THE MONEY OR THE TIME. 07/14/2010

I got this pool for my son who is 10 and autistic and he benefits no end from the exercise and stimulation of a pool he can submerge in. (He can swim like a fish and hold his breath.) It's not so deep that I have to worry because he can always just stand up. We are now on our second year. I did not winterize or cover mine this winter so it was filled with leaves and I thought there might be holes in the liner but it was fine. I just drained the rest of the water with an aquarium pump (I use a rio submergible.) The pool was already better than half empty so while it drained I scooped the leaves out with a leaf net. Then when it was too low to pump anymore water out I took a rectangular bathroom trash can and pailed the little remaining water out. I then took some bleach and water and a wash rag and wiped it down. Filled 'er up and she's as good as new. No holes. No liner issues. The walls did not fall down over the winter even though the pool was nearly empty. The pump works. It's a pretty sturdy little piece of work. I think mine is like 16 or 18' round and it's a good size to bob around in with my kiddies if I want to get in. My kids love the side design too. Dolphins and what not. Very cute.It is the sort of thing you can take down and move if you want to someday. Not so hard to get up or down that you could not move it again without killing it. Do not be discouraged if you have a hard time getting the ground level or you get green water.Ground prep is the key just work and work at it until you know it's right because the pool is only as level and the dirt and sand it's on. Be sure you do get a truck load of sand for the bottom. You really need to have it to get a smooth bottom.It is always hard to master water chemistry so just expect some issues, green water or cloudy water, if you are learning it for the first time no matter what you put your water in. As far as this pool goes it is a great value. When I was a kid we used to have a big above ground pool, the permanent kind, and this is a similar set up and design but smaller and with thinner posts. 05/21/2012
