Heritage Round 15' x 36'' Deep Complete Above-Ground Pool Package 3.3 5 9 9
Heritage 15' x 36' Pool Thumbs Up! I bought this pool several years ago. My husband and I are older with young children. I wanted a pool to play in. It,s a great height for playing volley ball with a beach ball or baseball. Its also, great for the little ones because their not spending their time clinging for life on the sides of the pool.We have had ours for 3 years? This year we are converting to a sand filter and salt chlorination. Yippie! Great Pool Experience for all to have! 06/13/2010
its a great starter You have to know how to maintain a pool. They do not clean theirselves-even with a strong pump. I am on my 3rd year with this and I got my moneys' worth. You need a hose sweeper, so you use water to vacum it. Skim the debris out ofter and use proper clorine-mine sparkles. 04/09/2010
Great Family Pool PROSWe installed this pool at the beginning of summer and enjoyed it all season long. It took two of us to install and a third person for an extra set of hands. Found it relatively easy to do. We prepped the site well and that made the install go better. Also able to landscape and put gravel around it and it helps keep the grass out. Perfect size for my 4 and 5 year olds. Heard they get rusty after a few years, but a great alternative to the popular temporary pop up pools for a comparable price. Had to patch liner already (got jabbed with a toenail), but it held fine. I purchased the patch kit with the pool and had it on hand. Smaller pool = less water = less chemicals. It stayed beautiful all summer with just the factory pump and filter. Buy extra filters with the pool. Easy to maintain and the water stayed nice and warm. We swim at night a lot and it stays toasty. Nice to leave it up and keep the ground free of mud around it, no worries of collapse, no need to put it up every year. Most items sold for pools at walmart (covers, solar blankets, accessories, etc.) are compatible with this size. Overall a Great Value!CONSParts missing when it arrived. Spoke to the company repeatedly and they were in no hurry to make the order right. Took 10 days to get new parts in and when they arrived they were packaged very poorly and bent. We were able to salvage the parts and get the pool up anyhow. Customer service very very poor. Porthole lens design is poor. Keeps popping out. A neat feature, but wish they had left it out. Worried about damage to the liner through the porthole. We will probably have to cover it up next year. When pool arrived the pump assembly was not attached flush. Had to unscrew it and shave off plastic burrs that prevented it from attaching correctly and running. Once we re-attached it worked fine and haven't had any problems since. Design of skimmer/filter/pump makes it hard to clean, winterize, and chage filters without allowing junk back in the pool. Changing over system next year to sand filter/salt water system. Parts available online to do this, but still unsure how it will go. Can't purchase new filters at Walmart stores, only online. Finding compatible parts at pool stores impossible. Must order everything online at walmart.com and is inconvenient.OVERALLfor $400 this permanent pool is a great value and the kids were in heaven. Might not be the right pool for everyone, but perfect for us and a wonderful alternative to buying and putting up a pop up pool every year. If you can tolerate all the quirks about it you will save money and have a respectable finished product. 09/07/2011
DO NOT BUY We thought this pool was great the first year that we had it, areally great value and all, then when we opened it in the spring we realized the mistake. The pools filter isnt powerful enough to use a vacum attachment with it so you have to get in the filthy water and just use the hose to try and clean it. I have cleaned it 5 times now and you can hardly tell. The filter is really useless. As is the pool now. I would rather swim in a lake. 05/29/2009
