I love the product. It is well made and beautiful. There were no parts missing and the filtration equipment was really high quality. BUTTTTT. the instructions and the video did not match. They were not easy to follow nor were they concise. I have worked as a craftsman all my life I even built my own home but this was a major project. It took 4 strong men to put up the wall as it weighs a bunch all by itself. The project took over a month to complete but most of that was due to leveling problems.Dont fool yourself it is not easy

Love the size of the pool, but the difficulty putting it up outweighes the advantages. the pool needs to be installed by professionals, so it is done right. no proffessional installers were listed by walmart to contact. it would have been very helpful to have a list or place to look for installers. Most of the installers did not want to do this pool, said it was difficult to do.
A simpler design such as the 18 ft round pool would be great for the larger oval pools. Such as the ones carried by pools, spas and patios. The price of the pool was a big factor in buying this pool.

The pool arrived in a very timely manner, it was unloaded by the carrier, which made it very handy since it weighed over 900 lbs. It was in several seperate cartons, so that made it more easy to handle. The material itself appears to be of good quality, so I'm hoping it will withstand the numerous people I believe will be using the pool, for years to come. The biggest problem are the instructions, they are not clear, they don't have a list of everything included, so you don't know what you're really using, until you review for a long time. The video did not even work, we tried to play on 3 different pieces of equipment, but could not get the video to ever work. We went online to get a clearer view of the instructions, but as stated, still not very clear. My husband spent hour after hour reviewing and trying to figure it all out. the instructions we received included the instructions for a number of pools and the one we bought was not even listed, except for the size, so that made it difficult to follow. We finally had to contact someone that installs above ground pools and he really helped us out. We also had to buy a lot of sand, about 2 truck loads, have someone excavate the area, plus buy numberous other material to be able to install properly, including, cement pads, stakes to hold the sides while installing, since sides are one piece and very, very heavy, two men can not put up this pool, you're looking at 4 to 5. You use the stakes to hold up the sides as they go up, so it doesn't fall down, since you're talking about 300 lbs of weight for the outside of the pool, all in one piece. You'll need to add water when the liner is installed, to smooth out the liner with a big broom, and then you'll need to fill the pool once the liner is up because that is what helps hold up the sides so they can be supported properely. We haven't even gotten to that point yet. Already there has to be over 25 man hours and we haven't even put up the sides. It would be suggested to hire someone that installs above ground pools to install, or if they'd make better instructions for such a huge project, that would help someone trying to cut cost. I'm sure we'll love the pool when it's completed, I can hardly wait.

The instructions for this pool were not accurate in some spots. The construction is WAAAY more difficult than the video and pamphlet let on. It takes at least 5-6 people to keep the pool wall in place in its grooves while it is fastened down. The pool liner is very flimsy and tears easily along the top when you are attaching the top railing. Unless you are willing to pay someone $2,000 to professionally install the pool (yes, that is the lowest quote I got) then I would not recommend this pool. I am hoping it will hold up now that I finally have it in place.
