bought a cover last year and the rope was to thin and broke immediately. bought another this year, but also bought 60 weight rope to weave into it. had to weave the rope with a safety pin through the small eyes of the cover. pulled it tightly for security and before we even had bad weather the wind blew it off. you get what you pay for so next year i will spend a little extra money to get a "good" cover. hope i can get through the winter with this, may have to bungy extra tarps to keep it intact. i wouldn't recommend it. if you can afford a better cover, then make that investment or you'll pay for it in the spring!! 09/16/2010
could work better The cover is very easy to install and the pillow does what is needed to keep the cover from sagging. Only complaint is that it doesn't fit the metal frame pools very well and required me to 'tie' it down to some cement blocks to keep the wind from blowing it off. 10/20/2009
You Get What You Pay For This product is one of those "you get what you pay for". It works ok if you use it as a regular pool cover, but not for a winter cover. The cover is actually a tarp, not anything thick enough to protect from harsh winters.The pillow that goes in it to hold up the cover is a good size for the smaller (12 or 15 ft.) pools. Overall, it's a pretty good product for the price. Not a "Wow" factor though. 08/25/2009
