very helpful The table itself really helps my back. If it has a fault, it's where you put your feet. the heel cups split right away. I would hang longer if it didn't hurt the tops of my feet so much. This really is the only fault I can find with the table. It's easy to assemble & it does wonders for my back. If I could just get my feet comfortable it would be 5 star. 12/07/2010

If feet cannot take the load, invert feet and load Just balancing myself in different positions has been a wonderful experience, better than yoga or anything else I have tried. I bought this because I had seen others use it years before and no longer could tolerate the pain on my feet with even normal walking, so bat-like exercise or even meditative state seemed an attainable goal. 10/01/2010
