  • Yes, it has a regular disc (for me) and also9 a Blue Ray version and an Ultra Violet version....excellent. I shared the Blue Ray with my 19 year old grandson--he has the Blue Ray DVD player and bought this combo knowing possibility was available and an opportune time to take advantage of it now.

  • I don't think the 3D version is available at Wal-mart.com. However, though we have a 3D TV and 3D blu ray player, I scooped this up because these films are already off the shelves at most (if not all) local retailers including Wal-Mart and will only return at special anniversaries (sort of like Disney does with its animated classics). So I bought now while I could still find it online. Also, my wife loves films in 3D at home, but the online reviews for 3D vs. Blu-Ray are seldom so high on the 3D version as to merit the extra ticket price to see it in 3D. I believe the Potter films (last one or two) were available on big screen in 3D but doubt that pop of 3D is that big a difference from bluray or even reg. DVD on a blu ray player that does the upscaling for resolution from DVD. Anyway, hope my 2 cents worth helps you out. Whether to spend the extra money for 3D blu ray versions is a matter of personal preference but getting the last film in the series was more important to me at this point than the 3D version.
