A good product at a great price! One of the small round wood legs (only about a 1/2 inch high) fell off. Fortunately I have wood glue to make the minor repair. The board does not appear to come seasoned. So it took about 12 oz of mineral oil to prepare the board to use. There were no instructions so I search the internet to learn how to treat the cutting board. After seasoning the cutting board, I have used the board and it works very well. The hardwood end grains stand up very well to my sharp knives cutting and chopping. You can't beat the price. I would recommend this product despite the minor problem mentioned. 12/12/2008
Good cutting board. However, the first time used and cleaned, place a heavy object in center until the cutting board has completely dried. This is to prevent the cutting board from looking like a speed bump (as it may tend to warp in the center). Overall, worth the money. 07/07/2008
