Rated 4 out of 5 by pirahna3 For somebody who needs a ratchet and socket set it is a good value-- so far--- more importantly, jen got the product for me. she was helpful, courteous and it only took a minute or so for her to assist me. it was a great relief after the last several products I ordered to finally be treated as if I, the customer, was the reason Walmart exists in the first place and not as if I was an inconvenience.
