Well, no power when you hook it on the can, take it off and it is fully charged.Emailed HB and they would not stand behind it.Trying to find the rect to return it back to Walmart. Of course, you expect a can opener to work. Right?Durability? Can't tell, have yet to open a can. Had to buy the OLD FASHIONED CAMPING OPENER. Rated 1 out of 5 by Kogabear Worst thing I have ever bought. Small, fits in a drawer you got it, that is where it will stay to remind me of a louzy product. Won't hold a charge to open a Trader Joes sause can, that is if you can get it to clamp to open it. Want to open a dog food can, well unless you have another opener the pooch will go hungry. It seems it is to small of a can. Wished I had gotten one of the ones that got a good rateing, seems they are out there. Will I try again? Not on your life, Cost-Co here I come. 04/03/2012
