Rated 1 out of 5 by Whipster Returned to store I had the same problem another customer had. The lid didn't seal and it specifically says not to use with the latch on it. It would be like baking in the oven with the oven cracked. I didn't even use it, just boxed it back up and returned it. 04/25/2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Virginia60 This slow cooker is a great looking item and looks amazing in my kitchen. My husband has prepared a couple of good meals so far, and it works well. The only complaint that I have, is that in order to store it in the fridge, I have to use foil to cover(when crock removed) I didn't realize that the top is attached and don't have the space to put the whole pot into the fridge. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars. I have only had it for a few weeks, so I am waiting to see how well it will work out after more usage. 04/04/2013
