love the rertractable cord! I bought this item for the retractable cord, it's a great product for the price. Its durable and it irons like a dream. The only dissapointment in regards to this product is one of the feature's offered in being able to iron clothing while it remains hanging where the steam comes out like the garmet steamer that is used in a clothing store to remove all wrinkles and give it that fresh iron or dry clean look. That feature does not work effectively because the steam shoots out after you push the steam button and you have to continue to push that button repeatedly after waiting a few seconds before you push button again, it does not run in a consistant flow which is the way it is suppose to be in order for that feature to work while hanging effectively. 08/23/2011
Nice product for a low price I purchased this item not knowing what to expect. I read the reviews from other customers who had purchased this item and they favored it highly, so I chanced it. Good thing I did! This item is nice! It works well, looks good, and the retractable cord is a great feature. Plus the low price is a plus! If you want a dependable iron for a low price, this is the model to buy. :) 06/09/2011
OK if you don't use the steam feature I really like the price and the retractable cord is GREAT! Also not too heavy, BUT when I use the steam it leaks all over the board and whatever I'm ironing. And no I'm not overfilling it, I've tried only filling it half way--makes no difference. 10/02/2011
Used it twice so can't say about the durability.The black finishing looks great. Retractable cord is a great advantage but again you have to be careful so that too much of use may damage the feature and also while retracting be careful with small pets so that they don't get hurt. Have not used the steam yet. Iron works properly. 12/12/2011
