Not a 10-cup rice cooker We are using the cup which came with the cooker. Cooker takes about two and half cups of uncooked rice (cooked rice is about 5 cups).Since I need a bigger one, I'll be returning this one. 09/10/2010
Works ok, but could be better This is good for basic rice cooking. It is not useful if you want to create rice dishes with other ingredients as the cooker shuts off before the rice is done. While the warming feature is nice, rice on the bottom of this cooker becomes hard and brown due to excessive heat. The steam does not escape through the tiny hole, but instead from all around the sides of the lid. This created condensation on the wood cabinets above where the cooker was sitting. 08/12/2010
