Thank you for your question. This unit will have a programming feature. A green light will signal that the unit is in program mode.

Yes - you press in the top right hand button that reads "Start Time." While holding that in, press "H" once for hour and watch it change each time until it gets to the hour you want. Then, while still holding in "Start Time", briefly press "M" for minutes several times until it gets to what you want. NOTE: There is an AM and PM that changes automatically every 12 hours so make sure it is on the proper one you want -- if not press the H 12 more times until it changes from AM to PM or vice versa. Then the final step is to release the "Start Time" button and to briefly press the "Start Time" button again but don't hold it like before. When you see the green button in the "Start Time" button come on, it's set!

Very easy to set a brewing time so your coffee is ready when you are.

I just always got it ready the night before but didn't turn it on. But I believe you can set it to auto brew. It brews pretty quick.

You clean it with vinegar and water once a month. It is very easy to clean.

Thank you for your question. Pour 1 pint (2 cups/500 ml) vinegar into water reservoir. Press on, turn off after 20 seconds and wait 30 minutes. Press on again to finish brew cycle, then turn off when finished. When cool, dispense several cups before emptying and rinsing reservoir. Run 2–3 more brew cycles with clean water only. Allow to cool between cycles.

If you live in an area with hard water, run straight vinegar through it once a week. Let it perk a few minutes, turn it off, let it set awhile turn it back on, let it run. Run a couple of pots of fresh water through it and you should be good to go. Soft water about once or twice a month. Wash out the basket that the coffee goes into a couple times a week to keep from getting a burnt taste. Hope this helps. OH, if your water is real hard use a coffee filter to catch the hard water flakes in the basket, it helps.

I just turned it on like I was making coffee but without any coffee grinds. The Hot water will get it clean.

Yes, it is very easy. There are two sections that simply lift out, and then you can rinse them off in your sink. Super simple :-)

I rinse it out then fill it with chlorinated tap water and let it soak. That seems to do it.

im from the old school when i can,t find coffee cleaning item,i go back to the 50 60s run a water solution of baking soda thu mine over nite soak hit start in morning followed with clean water couple times there after,,a relative used vinager and water solution same way.and worked great

I use a coffee pot cleaner on the inside of the reservior, and vinigar to clean the rest.

In order to fill the BrewStation with water, you can fill the water directly into the coffee tank (which is removable), and then pour into the water reservoir that sits directly beneath the coffee tank.

Yes it does. Just lift the lid and remove the coffee "bucket". Just pour into the bottom which has nice big number markings. Very easy!

Water reservoir removes easily with a handle and is clearly marked in one cup increments up to twelve cups. There is a pour spout to aid in pouring water into maker....also marked so that there is little chance of overflow.

Got this BrewStation for my birthday to replace an older model BrewStation we had had for seven years! After it broke, I missed it so much I had to get another one! The candy apple red is much prettier than the picture shows. I love being able to get a cup of coffee with such easy dispensing, no mess, no fuss, no broken carafe. It truly keeps the coffee hot for up to four hours with no yucky burnt taste. This newer model is improved in that it is easier to see the water level and how much coffee is left. And it makes some of the best hot coffee compared with other coffee makers out there, and believe me, we have tried them all. The price was right and the shipping was fast! I have absolutely no complaints about this BrewStation! I'm happy, happy, happy!

I read the reviews and was not sure I should buy this but I did and I purchased the product plan too.
I love it!  It is beautiful and easy to set up and use.  You do have to find that one spot to pour the water into it so it does not drip but I have had no problems with that at all.  I find that if I turn it to the side, pour the water from the front, it makes no mess at all.  I clean it everyday so I do not have any buildup and that works great for me.
I think it is well worth the $49.00 and have been happy with the coffee and the clean up.
