Rated 4 out of 5 by tpan great size cooks a little too fast nice size, very big, holds large roast with ease but even on low cooks way to fast. after 6 hrs on low it was simering . I have used it 4 times and i like it but i'm not to sure about letting it go for any longer than that because i ruined a roast by over cooking it. I'm not sure about long term reliability my wife and i havent had good luck with hammilton beach products in the last few years so time will tell. 03/11/2012

I would not buy it again and would not leave it cooking if I was not watching it pretty closely. 02/25/2012
