I wish I would have purchased something larger than a six cup make because if company is over it seems like you're constantly making more. On the flip side, everyone asks me if I use gourmet coffee. I use Folgers Classic Roast, but for some reason it tastes so much better in this maker. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product and I'll definitely purchase another if I can find it in a larger size. 04/06/2009

I have to put a napkin at the bottom of it so that I don't have to clean it every time I fill my cup up from the dripping. But its not that bad...ha. It gives me good coffee! It is a little frustrating having to clean all the parts you have to take out but its fine. I am use to it by now. But overall good coffeemaker. 03/01/2009

The only draw back I have is that it leaks from the bottom of the machine if it is bumped. I also wish it was made in a larger cup capacity. I would still recommend this product. 02/27/2009

There are a few drawbacks, though, as follows: 1) coffee level indicator on front very, very hard to read; 2) filling water to desired level is almost impossible (hard to read, too); 3) pouring water into reservoir is a bit tricky, without spilling it. But the coffee does taste good. 01/10/2009
