    Good coffeemaker I purchased this coffeemaker about a month ago and I have been very pleased with it so far. I like the carafe-less design and the coffee is the perfect temperature.I only have 2 complaints:1) The bucket that holds the coffee is not dishwasher-safe. You will either need to hand-wash it or rinse it.2) The filter compartment is not deep enough for most standard permanent filters. They stick up too much and don't allow the top lid to fully close. If you want a permanent filter, you're stuck buying the Hamilton Beach brand (about $10) instead of an off-brand (about $5).Those two things aside, it seems like a great coffeemaker. 03/12/2008
    How to Fill the Water Reservoir For those of you who have problems with filling the water reservoir, I have discovered a method that works well.Instead of using the coffee reservoir to fill the revervoir, I have a two cup measuring cup with a pouring spout that I use. three cups full will make about 12 cups of coffee. I fill the cup, pour it into the water reservoir with the bottom of the cup inside the coffee filter basket.This measuring cup is not bulky like the coffee reservoir, and easy to handle without spilling water all over the counter or brewstation.We have had this Brewstation for 3 years, and have never had any problems with it. We use 1 cup of vinegar, mixed with 10 cups of water to clean it. I run this mixture through the brewmaster about three times, then run clean water through it three times.My only complaint is the filter that is in the bottom of the coffee reservoir. Over time, it gets so clogged that the coffee is very slow in being dispensed. I have tried to find a replacement for it without success. I now use the brewstation without that filter in the coffee reservoir.I hope this helps. 10/31/2009
    Leaks after a few months of use! This coffee maker was wonderful for a while....now it leaks out of the bottom all the time, leaving puddles of coffee on the counter. My mother and father-in-law had the same experience with theirs.....save your money and buy a product that will last longer than a few months! 10/13/2009
