Great AC Unit! Our Air Conditioner broke right in the middle of the southern heat, and let me say this AC UNIT surpassed my expectations. Rationally we were thinking the unit would only condition the air in our living and kitchen area but this sucker conditioned the entire house 1100 sq ft. The previous review something must have been wrong with there units because mine worked perfectly. 05/26/2011
Haier 10,000 BTU Horrible product. Something rubbing inside unit from the moment it was put in the window. Sounded like it was going to take off. Manager said four of same model were returned the day before. 05/14/2011

Save your Money DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!!!! It is a awful product, very loud and simply is not worth the money. Bought this last year barely worked right out of the box, this year it would not work at all plugged it in to find out it had a sticky button error, the remote stopped working, there were drainage issues from day 1.SAVE YOUR MONEY ~~ Do not buy this brandCan;t even blmae this on Wal-Mart this product line seems to be very hit or miss it either works perfectly or not at all.A still disappointed customer 06/01/2011
