Great steam mop I have owned 3 brands of steam mops and researched this one carefully. It did not disappoint. I like this one best by far and recommended it to others already. 05/16/2012
Just as advertised. I was using a Rubbermaid mop with a microfiber pad and sprayer. I thought it was doing the job. Then when I was walking around on my laminate floor with white socks, I noticed how dirty the bottoms were. I shopped around and found out about the haan steam mop. It not only does the job but is easy to use. Well worth the money. 05/15/2012

I love this steam mop! I originally purchased it to try to strip the layers of "clean and shine" product that I used on my hardwood floors. (who knew you really aren't supposed to use those products? Just plain water is recommended)It does a great job on my tile, lifting crud that I couldn't even get up with a scrubber and so far I'm still working the 5 years of built up wax on the hardwood. The issues I read in other reviews re the streaking can be solved by using distilled water only. Minerals in water will cause issues in any appliance. As to it's durability, although it does look flimsy I tend to drop it frequently when leaning it against a wall or something and so far no damage. It is ready to go in 20 seconds with a full head of steam. I just wish the replacement pads were a little less expensive. My total tile and floor area is about 1,500sf so two pads just doesn't do it. Otherwise, it seems to be a winner! Frankly, I'm a returner. If the product doesn't live up to my expectations I will have no problem taking it back. 04/21/2012
