ink leakage I received the ink cartridges promptly. but have not yet received the photo paper or photo book "bonus".The HP ink cartridges work well, but have too little capacity and, even in light duty home office use, need to be replaced too frequently.Also, I live at an altitude of about 8000 feet and the recent ink cartridges show signs of ink leakage upon opening the package. This seems more prevalent with cartridges from Malaysia, but is also evident in others as well. 01/18/2012

ink great...book a waste Photo book is a waste. it is only 6 or 8 pages. I would rather get more photo paper than the cheap looking photobook. 01/09/2012
Extremly low volume. Just received 2 triple sets of 564 inks. First set lasted only 35 4x6 photos. That type of consumption is not acceptable. Would have expected more volume than that. First time I haven't used xp cartridges. Guess I won't buy regular any longer. 01/08/2012
