biggest mistake I ordered the toner thinking I would get a lot more usage that the A. Unfortunately, the X doesn't work with the 4240n although the botton sticker gave the impression it would work. When I went to return it, because I bought it ahead of time, I was beyound the 21 days return policy. It took over an hour with people I could bearly understand. So, I guess I was lucky to only get a restocking fee even though I had bought more than 8 printrers for my company & only order HP toners for them. 08/30/2011
