It's a tablet (better than an IPad....full Windows 8, USB, HDMI, SD card slots, etc..# that is also a sweet laptop when connected to the base. It has a very sturdy feel to it #all aluminum case) and really looks great. 01/17/2013

Only issue was that mousing was twitchy on the touchpad with random jumps of the cursor from time to time.HP -- the X2 needs a tablet-only cover to complete the job of being a tablet as well as a notebook. Something that would protect the screen when carrying around just the tablet portion. 04/01/2013
