3rd Monitor Works Great!!! I bought this adapter to work with a Dell E Series docking station so that I could add a 3rd monitor. It works great! I don't even remember which monitor is hooked to the device and which ones are hooked directly to the docking station. The only problem that I have is that when the monitors are turned off by the power setting they won't come back up until I unplug the device and then plug it back in. It's a mild incovenience I'm more than willing to put up with in order to be able to work with 3 monitors. 08/04/2011
