Ok Product! I like the printer. It works but sometimes it freezes up. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does it is frustrating. Other than that it does work and it prints very well. I received in the mail in a timely matter. If someone is in need of a printer and not a pricey one this is the way to go but if you are looking for something to print a lot of stuff at once then spending the extra money might not be a bad idea. 05/11/2010
Great Value and Printer I purchased this printer as I needed to print out receipts as an online seller. I was looking for something inexpensive yet reliable, and this printer has fit the bill.The printer is lightweight, and the paper tray folds up, great for a college dorm room or anyone with limited space.A few tips that you may find helpful. The instructions that came with it were not written in English, but was able to look at the pictures and follow it step by step, its easy to install.I did had some difficulty with the color cartridge not being recognized when first installed, but after taking it out and reinstalling it a few times, this problem was resolved. Had a paper jam once and then it didnt want to print, but they have great online trouble shooting which resolved the problem in a few minutes.Go ahead and order a USB cable with it, my old one didnt fit, this USB has a small male end. The online price is great for the cable.I looked at overall purchase price, and also the cost of the replacement ink cartridges which are less expensive than some of the others out there.For what I use it for, it has been overall a great little printer, a good value, prints quickly and well. 05/11/2010

I purchased this printer for my mother. I've always been pleased with HP products. The price was right, it has a sleek design, and allows double-sided printing. My only complaint is that it's louder than I expected, but it's definitely tolerable. 04/18/2010
