Great printer! This is a great printer for the money. they work fast and quietlyThese printers are actually cheaper than the cartridges, so I buy a new one about once a week, and just toss the old ones in the trash. Great deal! 05/17/2012
don't expect something perfect Everything is good in this printer/scanner except its software interface! Even my 5-6 years older HP printer has a more user friendly interface. The software is very lousy, but if you are going to take a couple printouts a week, than this printer should be fine. I believe that more functionality could be included in this printer with a better developed user interface, but I think what HP does is limiting its capabilities with the software, not hardware. If you achieve to use this printer with another printer software, than this printer could give you more performance and features. 05/01/2012
Poor Quality I hooked the printer up to my computer but every time I turned it on it caused my computer to freeze and crash! I ended up taking it back and using my old but reliable printer. 03/05/2012
This should have come with the required USB cable to connect printer to PC. Did not realize until I tried to hook it up that I needed to purchase cable separately. 02/26/2012
