I bought this expecting no problems but 5 minutes right out of the box the computer froze and refused to come back on and after doing a hard reboot it still wouldn't come on until half hour later. Will see how long it will work now that its up but have a feeling this won't last. 12/24/2011
Great machine! it's sleek and beautiful to look at. The magic canvas is fun. (see the video on the item listing) It was a birthday gift for my 13 year old grandson. It elicited a "niiice" from him. At this coolest of the cool ages, that is the equivalent of the highest accolade. 12/09/2011
I wasn't sure about purchasing an item that was "refurbished" but so far so good. I purchased a 2 year warranty plan just in case. In the meantime, I'm loving it. It's working great right now. 03/26/2012
Huge disappointment The touchscreen feature didn't work right out of the box. The diagnostic test on the computer said that feature failed the test and to contact hp. Also an "error crash dump" message saying Windows 7 must shut down. When I tried to contact hp the computer wld run a "warranty validation" test which my computer kept failing so I couldn't even email hp.When I finally was able to get a phone # I was told that my computers warranty was expired though I purchased it a week before. I would have to prove to them when I bought the computer as well as Walmart would have to verify it as well. I'm not dealing with that, I'm returning the computer and buying a new one. Every other thing about the computer was wonderful so I may buy another model. 03/10/2012
