Bad It was a used item and I paid for a new item This hardware was totally used for sure. Hp does not even support this item. This drive was in a regular plain box with hp tape and not an original hp box that new Drives usually come in. I returned it and paid 30 dollars less for a drive that did more it even has lightscribe and was shipped in an original hp box. I would not recommend getting anything electrical from Walmart.com or the store. 02/01/2012
