Rated 1 out of 5 by jtf22 I'm very disappointed We're an HP family and so I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of my newest computer. I was looking forward to all the great features. And it does have great features, but it also crashes frequently--I have windows 7 at work and on my other computers so I know I shouldn't be hard rebooting 3 to 5 times per session. I want this fixed or a new computer or my next computer won't be an HP. 09/15/2012
