Rated 5 out of 5 Haan Steam Mop I have used my Haan 4 times and love it ! It heats up quickly, I was able to do two rooms before having to add water. The floor did not streak, it dried quickly, and best of all the floor was really clean.I have tried so many different mops, wet pads, and getting on my knees is no longer an option. Rated 4 out of 5 by Jared1651 A good steamer I have had the Haan FS-20 for a month. I am pleased with the results on tile floors, which is what I purchased it for. After about 2-3 cleanings the tile looks and feels squeeky clean. It makes your rubber souled shoes squeek. Mopping never did that. It is also easy to use on the counter tops. Here is a tip ; If it doesn't come with a short handle, don't buy one. Just remove the long handle and used the handle mount, works fine.I don't see any advantage to steaming carpet yet. Maybe I'm missing something. 02/09/2010

Finally, I talked to a floor installer who told me he uses one on his wood floors all the time. Extensive research led me to buy this one and I couldn't be happier with my choice!It is lightweight, easy to push and does a fantastic job on my floors. So little water is used that the floors are dry in about a minute. The only complaint I would have is that it is too high profile to fit under cabinets (near the toe kick). But I just take off the warm pad and use it to wipe down that area, so problem solved!I highly recommend! 04/23/2011
