Rated 5 out of 5 by SoozN Excellent poduct This bookshelf is large, of very good quality and really nice looking, an actual piece of furniture. My husband had no trouble putting it together and he is even pleased with it. It holds tons of books of all sizes and my 2.5 year old can turn it with no problem. My son loves this bookshelf and it makes excellent use of an open corner in his room. The books stay in it even when it is being turned quickly by my son and it doesn't slide or wobble at all. I am very pleased with this purchase and would totally recommend it. 01/24/2009

I was looking for something for all those little toys that get lost in the bottom of the toy box...my son was trying to reach them but was just a little too short. I was also looking for a bookshelf because he has so many books. I ended up getting this and the bookshelf (see Moon & Stars bookshelf review is you are thinking about both). I couldn't be more pleased. We have his cars and blocks in one, legos in one, his "baby" toys like rattles and such he doesn't play with too often in one, his trains in one, his bowling set in one and his balls in another. When we are cleaning up we will take an empty bin and go around the house collecting all the toys that managed to get into all the other rooms and then back to the play area to sort them and put them away. We have all his stuffed animals on the top shelf. We do leave the lids off so he can get in and out of them but I'm glad they came with lids. The only complaint would be that the 1st one came with the bins broken and the packaging was terrible - I actually think it was returned at some point because the 2nd one came packaged really well and so did the bookshelf we got from them. I HATE dealing with returns/exchanges but I am so glad I tried another one because it really helped to make his play area look better and now we can find all his toys!! 03/18/2012
