We were on a deadline and when the plantars were shipped without their over-the-rail hangers, I was so disappointed. I contacted customer service through Wayfair and they said they were send them out expeditiously in order for my husband to meet his deadline. That was great, until only ONE over-the-rail hanger arrived and not three. I contacted customer service again, and they apologized and said they would ship them and then credit my 10% on my order (a whopping $9)! To this day I have ONE set of over-the-rail hooks. Horrible customer service Wayfair!!! 05/10/2012
