Griffin Survivor Case and Belt Clip for iPhone 4 4 4
Very rugged, but.............. I bought this case for my new iPhone 4S because I usually keep my phone in my pants pocket and have a habit of dropping it. This case is extremely rugged (similar to an OtterCase) but there is a major flaw that makes it completely useless to me.This is a two-part case. There is a hard plastic inner case that surrounds and protects the phone. Then there is the rubberized outer case. This is the part with the flaw. Each button has a corresponding rubber button on the outer case. In the case of the main button at the bottom of the screen, the rubber button will press on the physical button with very little effort.The effect: Anything coming into contact with the front of the case is bound to push the button. Siri is constantly asking me how she can help me.......From my pocket......From the belt clip......from the table where the phone is sitting face down. I will not be using this case (In fact I will be returning it to WalMart).Would not recommend to anyone that hasn't disabled the front button on their iPhone 4. 11/27/2011
I thought that I would like an Otterbox until I saw this and tried it on my phone. I love it. It far passes my expectations. My phone is more secure and protected. 12/12/2011
get the otter instead if you want something that is constantly calling random people in your contacts while it is in the clip, this is the case and clip for you. Had an otter before this one and thought i would save some bucks, but returned it and got another otter. 01/31/2012
AWESOME!!! Great cover. It has been dropped (several times), kicked (by accident) and put through a bunch, and my phone is as good as new. LOVE THIS COVER, I'n getting one for my iPad as well. 03/20/2012
