I bought it after reading the reviews. Yes, I was a bit skeptical in purchasing something that is inexpensive, however it did it's trick. Although, I do not feel energetic, it suppresses my appetite. I am a junk food eater and after taking these pills at least 2 times a day, it has subsided. Now, I replaced my donuts with dried fruits. I use to make a big breakfast every morning, now I wake up barely hungry. It isn't good to starve so I eat something, whether a small bowl of cereal or yogurt. My portions are smaller now than before. I have used this for 2 weeks and have been eating less already. I am not weighing myself because I prefer to give it more time. 03/07/2012

So far so good This a good product. It is not like the other stuff that gives you a ton of energy and makes you all shaky. It does take appetite away but not completely, it gives you enough energy through the day but also allows you to sleep. Take it with meals! If you don't you will feel terrible. I think this stuff is better than the others because it is natural and it doesn't make you feel sick. 02/14/2012
they changed something,or were expired they must have changed the formula of these.the last bottle i bought in the store was great,3 in the morning and 3 at lunch kept me going and not hungry one bit,i purchased 3 bottles online and they look the same,but they dont seem to be effective at all.infact after taking the initial 3 like i did with the last bottle,after that 3 had no effect I had taken 3 additional pills.a total of 6,you think 6 would do the trick..nope so i have tossed the 3 bottles in the trash and ran up to walmart and bought a bottle off the shelf. and long behold they work.so maybe the ones bought online are expired 03/23/2012
