Rated 2 out of 5 by cuz1982 This product can help you with energy and motivation for sticking to your diet as well as help you to be motivated to want to work out. However, the product can have unknow side effects. I took this product for about 3 years and had plenty of energy to work out very hard every day. However when I stopped taking the product I gained weight, and I developed joint problems wich I never had before taking this product. Your have to look up the negative side effects of the ingrediants. This product also contains ginseng wich can damage your kidneys. I had some test done by my doc because kidney numbers were concerning and doc advised me to stop taking this product. 01/13/2013

One pill is enough for me and it work perfect. I think I cannot handle more then one pill, I will be super woman. The pill give me a lot of energy and I been eating a lot less even sometime I feel no hungry and I just eat because I have to. What great thing? So if you are looking for something to help you to lose weight, go ahead! because it works and the price is totally fortable. 07/12/2012

I will try to put pictures up if I can I just had a baby in febuary of this year and I started back on the pill again and I lost 10lbs within a month after the baby. 04/21/2013
