These bags are not considered to be acceptable by our recycle company.

Just like any other plastic, as far as I know.  We put them in the recycle bin as long as they don&#39;t have food residue in them.  and we use them to collect our recyclable products in our condo complex.

We have the same arrangement...2 cans, one for trash/garbage, the other for recyclables..  And we put the  bag with the recyclables we have collected right in the bin  in our apt complex.

I don&#39;t see anything on the package about using them for recycling, so I wouldn&#39;t recommend it.

This particular product does NOT have a stretch and grip draw tape.   So depending upon the exact trash can size, it may fit fine and stay in place.

Mine stay put, I pull the top a little over the edge of the trash container.

That all depends on the dimensions of your trash can. Mine is square and they fit nice and snug. They don&#39;t fall in the can.

Maybe it was just our garbage can, but I had a hard time getting it to stay put. They are definitely not fitted around the top.

They fall in.  I have tried pulling them down far over the trash can but it still falls in when trash is in it.  Completely worthless!!

WELL MOST BASKETS HAVE A LID, AND THE LID HOLDS IT IN FINE, THING I DIDN&#39;T LIKE ABOUT THESE BAGS WAS IT HAD JUST A VERY LITTLE SCENT, WAS NOT PLEASED

I love this product, and a great value  for the price I paid.  

PS:  I tried reviewing two other products and I had a hard time since I was doing it from my phone.  I was not able to answer the questions on the Clorox and the napkins on time.

My first apartment out of college? Had to have my glad drawstring bags, Clorox bleach, Reynolds wrap foil, and a few other things. But then the bills start coming in, and the costs have to get cut somewhere... .try generic, store brand items, like trash bags....
Ive tried different store brands and have had mixed results of failure and success. I remember swinging a bag of one brand --hefty--filled to the brim to get it in the dumpster......all. across. The parking. Lot. That sucked to pick up. But not so with Great Value Trash Bags!
Four apartments and four kids later, I still need to get the best value for my dollars.  I have now been using these for years, and I have never had a bag break on me!  We throw away a bag of trash almost daily (I know we need   recycle....I don't know where all the trash cones from!?! ...except for diapers....&lt;_&lt; )
These trash bags are strong, scented, and durable. They are also way less expensive than what I was used to. The box lasts us around two months and then some. This is a staple item in our house. Truly a great value!
