Directions
- Load correctly: follow dishwasher manufacturer's instructions To makesure items are dishwasher safe. Load dishes so soiled surfaces facewater spray. Separate stainless steel From silverware. Avoid blockingspray To top rack. Fill detergent cups: fill all dishwasher cup(s)completely, as recommended by manufacturer. Use less detergent for softwater, more for hard water. More powder may be required for heavilysoiled dishes. Close spout after each use. Store in a cool, dry place.Use within a few months Of purchase. Better than I thought it would be I have a pet peeve with the dishwasher. I complained that my husband bought a junkie off CL. Then, I tried Cascade, Finish, etc. Kept "cleaning the dishwasher" with the stuff that's supposed to clean out the workings. DIDN'T work either. After the loonies pushed for removing phosphates from detergents, I was seeing that my dishes wouldn't come clean for anything, no matter what I did. So I started adding the phosphates on my own. I did this with my laundry soap as well, with great success. So, I purchased this Great Value brand intending to add the phosphates at washtime like I always do, but didn't for a couple days. I couldn't believe that the dishes were still getting clean with this product! Whatever WalMart has done with this, please keep it up. I know it can't be healthy to eat off of dirty dishes, and I don't have time to wash everything by hand anymore. Too busy. So thus, this product works well for me. I live in a hard water area, and have always had problems with dishes getting clean in the dishwasher. I dumped the Cascade, and the Finish, (they DON'T work AT ALL without added phosphates.) BTW, I still add phosphates to my laundry. I can't stand dingy whites. 12/09/2011
I like! I've buy this detergent for the price. I had to have our dw repaired and they said that most dw companies recommend this type of det over the liquid. I've used their sister company's and theirs doesn't seem to do as good a job. Theirs clumps up in the box so you have to shake the box or waste a lot. This one is awesome for the price! 01/06/2010
What a great deal! I was so amazed with how cheap this dishwasher detergent was, it cost much less than competing brands. It works as good as any other soap. I would definately recommend this. Thanks Wal-Mart! 10/23/2009
Great Value Dishwashing Detergent I have been buying this product for years and have even recommended it to friends but in the last year this product goes bottom on the list. Whoever makes this product has cut back on the enzymes put in the mix. This current box has very little hardly even noticed enzymes and without the enzymes I have to do all the dishes by hand because without the enzymes it leaves a soapy film all over the dishes and silverware. I might as well not even put them in the dishwasher. I'm very dissatified with the changes someone with great wisdom and most probably the receiptian of a bonus for saving money made. 12/09/2009
