For two-crust pie (for fresh orfrozen fruit): 1. preheat oven To 375f. 2. take two crusts From freezerand let defrost. 3. pour filling into bottom crust. Moisten edges ofbottom crust with water. 4. cover pie with second crust. Crimp edgeswell. Cut several slits in top crust To let steam escape. 5. bake oncookie sheet near center Of oven 40-50 minutes or until crust is goldenbrown. To bake empty crust (for cream, lemon, chocolate or any soft toppie): 1. preheat oven To 375f. 2. take one crust From freezer And letdefrost. 3. prick bottom And sides Of crust thoroughly with fork. 4.bake on cookie sheet near center Of oven for 12-13 minutes or untilcrust is golden brown. 5. let cool And add filling. To mend cracked pieshells: allow pie shell To thaw. Wet fingers And press cracked edgestogether. Bake as directed.
