  • Cooking directions: keep frozen until ready to cook. Remove fillet(s) from pouch before cooking. For best results, cook in oven. Fully cooked fish cuts easily with a fork. Oven ready - 1) move oven rack to middle of oven. Heat oven to 400ºf. 2) place frozen fillet(s), seasoned side up, in shallow metal baking pan. 3) bake uncovered 14 to 16 minutes. Note: you may notice the haddock's natural white protein coming to the surface as it cooks. Microwave directions: 1) place frozen fillet(s), seasoned side up, on a microwavable plate. Cover loosely with waxed paper. 2) microwave 1 fillet on high for 3 to 4-1/2 minutes, or 2 fillets for 4-1/2 to 6 minutes. Rotate plate during cooking. Caution, plate may be hot. Important: microwave wattages vary, times are approximate.
