So far, it was everything described to be.  Looks great, can't wait for it to rain which will be the real test.

I was a little worried this wouldn't be as good as the rain barrel I got from my local Sam's Club...(I'm ALWAYS a bit worried buying online when I can't physically touch/see an item I want)...but the barrel came quickly & perfectly boxed, with the correct hardware connections, the right number of screws, and easy to follow directions on its uses...I'm so pleased with this that I'll be looking forward to purchasing a smaller rain barrel for another area!

heavy duty plastic

Installation was really simple, no need for a stand to put the barrel on (although I might need one to add some pressure to the water). Build quality seems pretty good and a nice touch was the sealant tape that was included to fix the spigot in place. I might get a 2nd barrel for the side or back of our house.

Easy to install and looks great

We love this rain barrel, it's not only nice looking but it's also very practical.  It's rained twice since we received it, and it fills up pretty quickly.  A full rain barrel waters our large 25'x 25' garden for 3 full days!  What a great way to conserve water.  We love it so much, we are buying another one!

I received this for Mother's Day and couldn't be happier! It's sturdy construction and simple set up are great!

Quality product

In drought stricken So. California, these rain  barrels should be in every home.  Yet our hardware stores don't even stock them.  This is my 3rd barrel that I just had installed. Su much fun to water my plants using saved up rain water! They do need to be elevated for better flow.

Now just waiting for the rain...

We purchased two barrels. They arrived much sooner than expected and appeared as advertised.  The barrels are not heavy, fit very well against the foundation and cutting the downspouts, to accommodate the height of the barrel, was no problem. The disappointing aspect was that one of the barrels was used. The top of the barrel, under the screening, had been crudely cut to expand the opening. The openings under the screening, should be larger, to accommodate water ingress during heavy rain. Lastly, the hose valve, at the bottom of the used barrel, was tarnished and needed to be lubricated to open easily.

Spigot runs when off, it's tightly closed.  Filter doesn't allow All rain to go in, it flows over the top, will replace with window screen

This was supposed to come with a nice brass faucet, however that was not included in the box.  When I tried to call Walmart I was told there would be a 3 hour wait to speak to a customer service representative.  Also when the item arrived there was a big sticker on it stating that the item contained lead which might cause cancer.  Not a great thing for a water barrel for your garden.
