The back pack part is not really big enough to hold anything but the leash when not in use, but we didn't expect to use it for anything else so it is perfect! 05/18/2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by PoundCakeTKE Fun and useful I actually bought this product for an adult woman. We were going to a festival, and I needed something I could keep her from wandering in. The adjustable straps are accommodating and comfortable, and the cute little monkey seconds as a backpack for our treats. The actual leash part (the monkey's tail) is sturdy enough to keep a 120lbs person in check as well. I strongly recommend this product, and plan to use it in the future. 03/29/2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by 3crazykids28 would be good...if daughter used it I hated the thought of a "leash" for a child, but when planning a trip which included going through airports I bought this product. It is pretty cute, although it came in a different color than advertised (the monkey is dark brown with brown features, rather than the light brown and cream like the picture) My daughter (23 mos) wants to walk, NOT holding hands, so I thought this would be perfect. But..she is too smart, she would put it on, but when she noticed I had the strap, she would have a fit... I tried several times before and during the trip. So I do recommend this, it is cute and a great idea....if your child will keep it on! 10/16/2008
Rated 5 out of 5 by LuvMyTwinBoys Very cute AND SAFE! I have not had to use this out and about yet, but my twins LOVE the little monkey "backpack." I wanted them to get used to it, so we have it out with their other toys. They will bring it up to me so I will put it on them. They will both wear their backpacks just to play around the house--it is to cute! We also have the froggy.I've heard others say that seeing kids in these was not as "disturbing" as just regular harnesses. Personally, I think they are adorable, but my primary goal is to keep my two rambunctious 16 month olds safe! So, I don't really care what others think. If you are concerned though, this is probably the way to go. 01/22/2008
