Only complaint is that the plastic caps that hold the foam pads in place are too large of diameter and can pinch your legs on the side when foam is slightly compressed. I removed them on mine. Other than that, great bench.

Great small bench. Great for abs.

Good for the money spent. Got it for 54 $. It good and Sturdy. Only issue I face is the small seat which is tilted so it is bit slippery otherwise  good and Sturdy bench.

Got it for 60+tax delivered. Cheapest I could find! Pretty sturdy. The leg holder bars are too short though. Hard to keep legs locked in comfortably but not too bad. Only worst thing is that the box clearly says Stitched but it's is not. The material is stapled on. Overall great item for the price. Easy to assemble with instructions. Hardware comes nicely layed out.

Very WOBBLY!!! The nuts don't fully fit the screws to tighten properly. Tried contacting customer service online; website wasn't working. However, for $50, I shouldn't expect anything more.

You get what you pay for...

Easy construction. Short back support so your head hangs off the back and is painful. Banana shaped level that braces the back is really low quality and wobbly. Save yourself time and money and get something good, your health is an investment, not an expense!

Cheap

The bench broke after about 5 months of light use (about once a week). When I was doing sit up on it, the metal plate connecting the two vertical bars broke and the bench fell apart. My back was hurt a bit. I was lucky that I was not lifting weight when it happened, which would have resulted in serious bodily injury.

I called Gold's Gym customer service and they said the product only has 90-day warranty, so they could offer no refund or replacement. If customers got hurt using their products, they could work out with their legal department though. I guess even they know their products are not built to last.

For 50$ I didn't expect superior quality. I could bear with the shaking of the bench during workout. But falling apart likes that has me concerned about the safety of this brand.

A poorly built product that's not safe to use

Part 1, the main portion of the frame broke during assembly.  The weld failed.  I will return it to the store based on the direction of their customer service.  I'm just glad I wasn't on it when it broke.

Nice bench for the 5 minutes we were able to use it. Took over an hour ot put together and used it not even 5 minutes.

Laid down to do a chest press and the welding on the part that connects the 2 main parts snapped in half and fell to the ground in the middle of pressing 100 lbs. Extremely dangerous and no one was seriously hurt but, would not recommend it.

When I open the box, the bench cover is already ripped, because I already spent hour put the bench together, I didn't want to dissemble it, that's why I didn't return it.
