    Really good product! This product came as advertised with free shipping to store. It had the best directions for assembly I have seen. It is very sturdy and works smoothly. 08/15/2011
    Good features for the price Multiple hand positions for pullups are great.The assist system is of course nothing like the constant assist you get from a system based on weights and pulleys; you this "spring" assist you get the most assist when the kneepad is all the way down; as you raise yourself up you get less and less assist. But hey, it cost the same as most "power towers" that has no assist. Considering it is a fraction of the price of a weight-and-pulley system, it is a good assist system. Other comments: My tower is a little crooked and I had to shim one side. When using the captain's chair with my knees to the side, my feet hit the pushup bars and my knees hit the dip bars if I am not careful. But it's OK. I have read that the cost to replace the "rubber bands" when they break is more than half the cost of the whole system; I would recommend researching this. 04/10/2012
