Rated 2 out of 5 by ICblue Great idea, terrible design. Unless you are shaped like the great pyramid, this product will not work. Resistance bands are a great idea, and hooking them to a harness that you wear is also a great idea. But anyone who is in moderately good shape will not be able to use this product, especially anyone who wants to use this for improving hand speed and quickness. For most of us our chest is the widest part of our bodies. This means that there is nothing to keep the belt that the bands attach to from sliding down as we move. I tried making it so tight that it inhibited my breathing, and it still slid down after several seconds. I have also tried other ways of rigging and improving the design to get it to stay up, but gravity always wins, and the design does not account for gravity at all. It is impossible to punch or even shadow box if one hand is needed to hold up the belt. This product might work if the designers incorporated some kind of light vest into the harness so it could rest on the shoulders to stay up. 01/03/2013
