Why I love this thing!! First off, it's not some flimsy handle or anything...it's sturdy (made of steel). It's also cheap!This is WAY better than buying a bunch of different Dumbbells of different weights. I can just buy some weighted plates to put on this thing, & I'm good to go. Would you rather buy a bunch of Dumbbells, or just have some plates that you can alternate between? 08/21/2010
Excellent value This dumbbell handle works well. Every few sets it's a smart idea to check the threaded fasteners, as they don't have the inside edge padding to tighten the weights more securely against. The coated grip is great. It will likely last a long time. 08/05/2010
