Rated 4 out of 5 by Hightower3 Good enough, not great No major complaints. It works great as a pull-up bar, definitely does NOT damage the door-frame or scratch the wall paint. It's not as great as a push-up assist, but that might be because my hands are too big and the handles dig into them. Overall pretty good. 05/16/2013

Make sure you follow the exercises on the chart you get. Form is important to avoid injury to yourself and damage to the product. 04/06/2013
