Rated 2 out of 5 by nomoreseefooddiets Unfortunately, this bike was not what I thought. The bike itself was hard to adjust to because of the height issue. I'm 5'6' but I still had to take some time to figure out how to adjust it to make it comfortable to ride. The bike seat was so narrow I had to take the seat off a regular bicycle in order to use it. It was louder than expected but tolerable with my mp3 player playing. Could not in the beginning and still can not get my right foot right into the pedal. I have to pull the strap open with my hand in order to get my foot in. However, with all the issues the bike seemed like a nice ride. I work for 30 mins, I sweat, and I've been more sore than normal within the last 3 days I've been using it. I stand up, I sit down, I ride fast, and I add resistance a lot (which doesn't seem to work very well either) My biggggggggggest problem is It doesn't seem to burn many calories!!! If I work out for 30 mins I can only burn about 250 calories. That really is a let down!!!!!! How i'm i suppose to lose any weight! I'd have to work for an hour 7 days a week just to lose 1 pound! I have a lot of weight to lose and and some join problems. I love to workout but I need to pace myself because of these physical issues. At this rate if I paced myself and did it 3 to 5 days like most people do It would take forever to lose weight!!! I would like to know if anyone else has the problem with the calorie counter part. Oh, as far as getting the digital reader to register zero when you start the next day, I found you have to hold the button in until all zeros appear. 12/06/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by ralshpdgs Returned it and bought a Schwinn indoor bike. There were several things wrong with this bike.The computer did not function. Read 0.0 at all speeds. Verified the connection, used fresh batteries, read the 1-page user guide... nothing helped. Suspected problem was within the portion of the bike that comes pre-assembled.The detailing was made of cheap stickers peeling off from the start as opposed to actual paint that I saw just yesterday on the one on display at the store.The bike had a mystery sound. It should be very very quiet and not rattle. It could be that the chain needed adjusting, but again, this was within the part that is pre-assembled. It has sort of a plastic fairing over that area which you can see in the stock photos.The nylon webbing which goes through the foot pedal around the foot frayed after 3 1-hour uses. It would surely break through. And yeah, I could replace that with a shoelace - why should I have to?I've used spin bikes before, other brands, and really wished I had been able to test ride this one first. I realize the ones at my gym cost approx. $1400 and this one being $267.00 is like comparing apples to oranges. It wasn't worth $267.00, and that's what my review is based on.I'm 5'8" and don't recommend it for anyone taller.Hope this helps. Good luck. 11/14/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by SamVision Shipping Damage 3 Times & Still Trying I like the product, but the item was delivered damaged 3 times. Each time I re-ordered the item it was shipped damaged. I even attempted to order parts to repair the damage on the second replacement, but am told the parts are no longer available. I am now in the process of ordering the third replacement cycle. This is alot of time and work packing, unpacking and assembling. I have put three bikes together and sent back 2 in the process of sending the third one back. We even had an ICON repair person out to the home, which takes more time to schedule the visit, they informed us the parts are no longer available. This is terrible. 10/23/2012

I picked it up, put it together and started to notice the differences.CON:-The right pedal made a clicking noise every go-around in the same spot.-The chrome bar that comes vertical out of the front of the frame that attaches to the handle bars has a welded piece that screws into the handlebars. That piece was welded on crooked, which then made the handlebars crooked.-I couldn't figure out a way to reset the LCD display except for taking out the batteries. If you stop using it for the day then start using it again the next day it picks up from your previous use and would keep it unless the batteries are taken out.-Won't fit anyone smaller than 5'5" or so... meant for taller individuals. I am 6'1 and it fits perfect, but I have it on the lowest seat level. You could hacksaw the seat and drill holes if you wanted to...PROS:-Heavy duty-Friction pad is placed above wheel vs. one on each side. This is wayyy better.I will be either returning it or exchanging it. 09/02/2012
