Rated 5 out of 5 by mndpurdy My husband and I are severely overweight and needed something low impact for our backs, knees, and hips. Sad how at around 25-27 years old we have these problems. We wanted something fun to do that would be effective. It is more work than it looks to jump for that long when you are overweight but it is the most fun I have had in a long time. It rates up to 250lbs so it supports us without creaking lol. We absolutely love it!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to lose weight. With adding more vegetables, not drinking alcohol, and jumping on the trampoline for less than a week, I have already lost 4 lbs!! The trampoline is great for any fitness level!! 11/15/2011

This really helps me stay on track with my workout.I gave it a lower rating because of the DVD and the resistance tubes.The DVD freezes up in my DVD player, customer service( at Stamina Products) sent me a new one and I had the same problem, when I called again she asked me to try playing it on my computer, and it works fine!The resistance tubes are not the best material, and keep breaking, but they are sending replacement ones to me right away.The customer service department at Stamina Products goes out of their way to take care of your needs. 10/04/2011

My 3 1/2 year old uses it several times a day...even though I bought it for myself, and it keeps him active for those days that the weather does not permit us to go outdoors. 09/07/2011
