Getting Results for a Great Price. I wanted this type of product but similar products were pricey, so I was pleased to find this. I am female so the weight range is sufficient. I get a decent work-out on the days I can't or won't go to the gym. It gives me a chance to do weights more frequently and I am getting better results with more frequent but shorter work-outs. I do about 20 minutes 2-3 times a week to supplement the gym or swimming. People comment on my ripped arms. I think it is an excellent product and easy to store. 07/10/2011
Great product I got two of these weights for a beach body program I was doing. I am very happy with them. They were the cheapest ones I could find and they work great. It is fast and easy to change the weight. I will not have to ever buy another set of weights again! 05/11/2012
